Fill out this form as best you can. These questions/prompts are provided simply to inspire you as you reflect upon your friend or loved one and to help me create an accurate impression. Don’t feel pressured to include something for each question or idea on the list. Some may not even apply!

Next Steps. Once payment is complete, I will be notified of your eulogy order and will personally confirm via email. I will follow up with any additional questions I have to complete your loved one's eulogy. You are welcome to reply to your order confirmation email with additional details. Once the eulogy is complete, you will be emailed a copy for review.
Memorial Page. If you are requesting an obituary along with the eulogy, a memorial page will be created on this website. A link to the page will be emailed to you for your convenience. Tell a bit about his/her life's journey: place of birth, family, childhood experiences, etc.
Life's journey continued: education, employment, active military, retirement, etc.
Life's journey continued: marriage, children, grandchildren, etc.
Life's journey continued: identify struggles and triumphs along the way.
Identify special qualities or characteristics. Provide specific examples if you'd like.
Recall a memorable story that happened between the two of you/family/friends.
Specific goals/ambitions, personal achievements, talents, hobbies, passions.
If religious, give an example of his/her faith. Favorite Scripture, psalm, etc.?
What have you learned from the person? How has he/she helped/impacted you or others?
Think about the overall legacy the honoree is leaving behind. For what would you like him/her to be remembered? Maybe it's his/her compassion for others, generosity, perseverance, or accomplishments. Maybe it's his/her sense of humor or talent for making people smile.
Eulogy orders, once started, are non-refundable.
Price includes any revisions you require, within reason.
